Shipping policy
Please note: Due to rotating strikes at Canada Post, letter mail shipping may take longer than it normally does to arrive. Thank you for your patience!
Shipping is available anywhere in Canada and the United States, and curbside pick up can be arranged for local orders in Upper Tantallon, Nova Scotia.
Canadian Shipping Options: In an effort to keep shipping costs down for my customers, I offer affordable flat rate letter mail options. If you choose this letter mail option, please note that your items will be shipped flat and may arrive with some light creasing. This is easily fixed with a quick ironing. Please note that your order may arrive in multiple envelopes to keep within Canada Post's letter mail parameters. Please note that I am unable to ship larger totes via lettermail.
The letter mail option, while affordable, it is not tracked or insured. I have had great success with Canada Post's letter mail service, but I have no way to track these packages once they have been mailed, nor am I responsible if a package goes missing. I do offer an expedited upgrade at the checkout which includes both tracking and insurance and your item will be shipped boxed. Please choose the option that you're most comfortable with.
Canadian Shipping Costs 🇨🇦:
Orders under $25 ship for a flat rate of $4.00 within Canada via Canada Post letter mail. Any orders over $25 will be shipped for $6.50.
You can choose to upgrade to expedited shipping, which is tracked, for a flat rate of $18.
📦 NEW 📦 Please note that totes cannot be shipped via letter mail and will be sent via Canada Post Expedited or via courier, depending on your location and the fastest method of shipping available. These will be shipped at a flat rate of $20.
US Shipping 🇺🇸:
Shipping to the United States has been paused until the ongoing trade negotiations been Canada and the US have been settled. There is currently a 35% tariff charged on all items coming from Canada once that item crosses the border. I am hopeful that this is settled soon and I can reopen shipping across the border.
Shipping Materials: I use eco friendly shipping materials such as biodegradable/compostable or recycled mailers, paper envelopes and new or quality reused cardboard boxes.
Dispatch Times: I know you’re excited to receive your item so I do my best to ship within 1 to 3 days! Please note that Canada Post does not operate on the weekends and holidays, so while I may be able to dispatch your item on a weekend, it won't leave the post office until the next workday.
